Are there dog-friendly beaches in North Wales?
YES! However, on some beaches, dogs may be required to be kept on a lead during the summer months, particularly in busier areas, near promenades, dunes, or wildlife zones. These rules are in place to keep everyone safe and help protect the local environment.
Restrictions vary by beach and time of year, and in many cases only apply to specific sections of the beach rather than the whole area.
How can I check if a beach has dog restrictions before visiting?
